How we do it
Our assessment is not a lengthy analysis process – it is designed to move to action quickly (typically within four weeks). We know exactly what questions to ask, who to ask them to and how to get the indicators against each area. This will include one-to-one interviews with select individuals, Design Thinking-led group sessions with a select group of employees and observational visits to key teams. Our approach is geared to gaining buy-in to the outcomes of the assessment and action plan, in order to achieve business results quickly.
